Kamco Invest established its Client Complaints Unit with the objective of addressing and resolving complaints received from clients in a timely manner. Due to the importance of handling complaints, Kamco Invest has ensured the independency of the Complaints Unit by handling the client complants through the Compliance Officer of Kamco Invest.
How to Submit a complaint?
To help us address your concerns quickly and effectively, you can download the ‘Complaint Form’ from the link below, or obtain printed forms available at our Client Complaints Unit on the 19th Floor of Kamco Invest Tower. When completing the form, please fill in all the required information, sign and submit along with all supporting documents (If Any). You can address your complaint to the Head of the Client Complaints Unit and deliver the form to Kamco Invest either by:
- Hand delivery to “Complaint Unit” located at Kamco Invest Tower, 19th Floor, Al Shuhada Street, Sharq, Kuwait.
- Courier/post to “Head of Complaint Unit” at P.O. Box 28873, Safat 13141, State of Kuwait.
- Email to the “Kamco Invest Complaint Unit" at firstname.lastname@example.org.
- Dropping it at the Complaints Box located at Kamco Invest Tower, 19th Floor, Al Shuhada Street, Sharq, Kuwait.
